Bacchus describes both a grape varietal and the Greek god of Wine, festivals and the celebration.  A virtual 'carnival' of flavours and aromas for the palate to enjoy in this wonderful white wine.

Grown in the vineyards of Ashby Point, these cool-climate grapes have developed a uniquely wonderful flavour, and we offer them to you to show off their "celebratory" character.

With a name originating in Roman mythology as the deity for wine, Bacchus is exuberant , offering a harmonious tartness with hints of vanilla, pear, and spices.  Enjoy its unique character on its own for social get-togethers, with pastas, and even with desserts.
